Refund policy
At Lightsfy, we are committed to your satisfaction with experiencing shopping with us. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy as below whether you've already made a purchase or are just browing our store.
Return
You have a 30 calendar days guarantee period since the date of receiving your item to request a return. If you are unsatisfied with our product or change your mind after receiving the item, please reach out to us at support@lightsfy.com for any return concerns.
We can accept returns & exchange of:
- Products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been installed or assembled
- Signed for within 30 calendar days.
We can not accept returns of:
- Orders signed for more than 30 calendar days
- Installed or assembled products
- Custom products as your request
- Orders in transit
Restocking Fee
The restocking fee is not required for any order return.
Return Address
We will provide you with a detailed return address within 1-2 business days via email after your return request has been approved finally.
Return By Mail
For the return, you shall be responsible for the return shipping to our specific address and buy the shipping label via your preferred carrier for it within 30 calendar days for a refund.
Damaged Goods
If the order products are unfortunately damaged during transit, we may request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide the damaged product images for verification. Once we have confirmed it, we will arrange a replacement or a new item for you within 48 hours at no additional cost.
Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you experience any defects or receive incorrect items, we may ask that you report it to us within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your order. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement. We strongly advise that you can schedule an inspection and testing with a licensed electrician before installing the fixture to avoid that product does not meet the standards for return.
You shall be responsible for the shipping of the defective or incorrect goods at practical cost. We will cover the cost of replacements or new items to you.
Exchange
We offer exchange service for your order items that are defective, damaged or wrong. Upon the arrival of your order, please check the item in time. If you encounter any of the above problems, please contact us immediately at support@lightsfy.com so we can assess the problem and make it right for your benefit.
A flexible way to ensure you get the item you want is to send the item back to us. Once your return is accepted, a new item can be purchased separately at support@lightsfy.com and will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are supported within 2 business days of your purchase. However, if your ordered items have already been shipped out, your cancellation request will not be denied. If you wish to request an order cancellation, please immediately contact us at support@lightsfy.com with your order id. If the cancellation request is successful, we will notify you via email within 12 hours.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email notification if it meets our return standards. If approved, the order amount will be refunded to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.
Please note:
- Tips on the original order are non-refundable.
- Expedited shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.
